At the outset, absolute privacy does not exist on the network, nor using TOR.
I think that each user has a different concept of privacy needs, nor can the best browser fully protect it, if the user searches with Google or posts on Facebook.
Therefore, the most logical thing is that each user uses the extensions they deem appropriate, apart from the basic privacy protections that Vivaldi undoubtedly has, far superior to almost all other browsers.

@rutvik The list is downloaded as a file. When you visit a site, the browser compares where you're going with the list that's been downloaded. If the site is on the list, you'll get a warning; if the site isn't on the list, you're good to go. It's not a case of the browser comparing directly with Google itself, which would present privacy issues, it's comparing to a list that's been downloaded by your browser. All look-ups are done locally and not to Google's server, so no privacy concerns.
